I received a Masters of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Memphis in 1997. Since then my graphic design has made appearances all over the world (from India to London to Charlotte, NC to Pasadena, CA) for corporate, non-profit, and small-business clients, as well as politicians, artists, and cabaret singers. I have also been a graphic design educator at the college level since 2001, acting as mentor and art director to nearly 1000 budding designers over the years.

Visual/creative problem-solving, web usability, and typography are passions—along with sketchbooks full of process-driven exploration. So are drawing (the old-fashioned way with actual pencils), writing (copy, plays, screenplays, you name it), theatre, and big dogs (I have two).
My expertise and background cover both print and web design (including other "new media" such as video and email blasts) , as well as branding and identity.
I approach every client individually, addressing your needs, challenges, and dreams for your business's visual communication with a unique perspective and tailored stylistic approach. Contact me today so that we can talk about your project.
